Role Purpose and Overview
CreativeWorkStudios is seeking an experienced social media expert with excellent judgment to help grow our reach and following while supporting planned project initiatives. The role involves leading social platform and channel strategies and collaborating closely with the team and its broader business on planning and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a social media strategy to maximise the impact of creative content, driving subscriptions, growing reach, and deepening engagement.
Craft and implement a robust marketing strategy to build and expand the brand globally.
Develop and execute campaigns that bridge traditional (Web2) and decentralized (Web3) platforms.
Utilize a mix of digital, social media, influencer, and traditional marketing to maximize reach and impact.
Lead marketing efforts for campaign launches, including community engagement and collaborations.
Define and maintain the visual identity of the brand across all platforms and materials.
Creating content around planned initiatives.
Ensure daily postings are on-brand and optimised, and manage the creation of unique, original content to grow brand loyalty and build engaged communities valuable to CreativeWorkStudios.
Advise the wider team on social media strategy and develop effective workflows for delivery.
Oversee social listening and collaborate on social trends. Monitor emerging platforms, tools, and channels.
Develop social media strategies for editorial launches, different markets, and new releases.
Support social media presence, in line with project strategy.
Maintain relationships with third parties, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, LinkedIn, Snapchat, WhatsApp, TikTok and Discord.
Key Skills
Extensive experience in social media.
A familiarity with the Web3 landscape.
Proficient Adobe Creative Suite and Canva skills.
Proven track record in developing audiences and engagement with an understanding of metrics.
Experience with different digital storytelling methods as applied to social media.
Expertise in content strategy and planning.
Strong understanding of the editorial environment.
Skilled in extracting insights from analytics tools to make data-driven decisions about social media activities.
Excellent relationship-building skills, both in person and online, individually and at scale.
Drive to work hard and push boundaries in a rapidly changing industry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
